Newly Qualified Hypnobirthing Teacher Sophie Wins Two Prestigious Awards in Under a Year

Sophie Conneely, founder of Norwich’s Bumps and Births transformed her life after a traumatic first birth.

Determined to avoid a repeat experience, she turned to Hypnobirthing during her second pregnancy. The result? “It was the most amazing, rewarding experience,” Sophie says. 

She describes how the power of Hypnobirthing changed everything for her, “I just knew I needed to share how amazing and life changing it can be”. Inspired by her own journey, Sophie became a Hypnobirthing teacher to help empower other women to take control of their birthing experiences.

Sophie trained with Love Your Birth less than a year ago, and we couldn’t be prouder of the remarkable achievements she’s already made.

Sophie won the Love Your Birth exceptional performance award at our annual Inspiration Day and she won Hypnobirthing Instructor of the Year - Norfolk 2024. Awarded by LuxLife Magazine. 

The former hospital worker tells us more about her success. In her words she’s never loved working more in her life.

Sophie speaks about how she feels so inspired being a hypnobirthing teacher and that she especially loves to share her knowledge surrounding birth with women at such a special time in their lives. 

All hypnobirthing teachers love to see client transformations but Sophie shared a wonderful story with us of a lady that she supported who was terrified of birth. After the 4 hypnobirthing sessions that they completed together, this particular lady left feeling confident, knowledgable and even excited to give birth.
